What is Trademark ?

Registering a trademark is a vital step in protecting your brand and ensuring exclusive rights to your mark. To be eligible for trademark registration, a mark must be distinctive, used in commerce, lawful, non-deceptive, non-conflicting with existing trademarks, non-generic, and compliant with formal requirements.

Documentary Requirement for Trade Mark Registration:

  • Soft copy of the Mark to be registered
  • Name of the Owner
  • Copy of Aadhar OR Pan of the owner
  • Address of the owner
  • Mobile Number
  • Mail id
  • Name of Product OR Nature of Service
  • Proof of use of Mark, like old bill, news cutting, inaugural photographs etc, if already in use.
  • Users affidavit, if required (will be provided by us) to be signed by owner.
  • Power of Attorney (will be provided by us) to be singed by owner.

Government Fee for Various Online Compliances in Trade Mark:

By Individual Rs 4500/- (Rs 2250/- if having MSME or Startup Registration)

Other than Individual Rs. 9000/- (Rs 4500/- if having MSME or Startup Registration)

Note:- Certificate of Registration with MSME or Startup needs to be provided to claim exemption in Government Fee.
